Hello, my name is Kristina, I am writing this message on behalf of my friend in Gaza who desperately need our help:
I am Mahmoud, a young man from Gaza carrying big dreams despite the harsh reality I live in. I grew up in an environmet without stability, in a place besieged by war, where opportunities vanish and even the simplest necessities of life collapse.
I believe that education is my only way out of this cycle of suffering, yet Gaza’s circumstances have shattered my academic hopes. Universitites are sometimes closed or demolished, the internet is weak and unreliable, there is no elecriecity, and worst of all, my endless financial hardship prevents us from continuing my studies or even affording life’s basic needs.
Today, I live under an occupation that has raised the cost of living to unattainable means; neither I nor my family can keep up with the soaring prices of food and essential supplies. And we continue to live under the threat of the occupation. Yet, through it all, we have not lost hope.
I am launching this campaign because we need a chance. My goal is to rais funds to continue my education, both inside Gaza if circumstances permit, and by traveling abroad for educational opportunities that are not available here. I want to live with dignity, support my family, and contribute to rebuilding our lives. Please find it within your heart to donate to my cause and to share my story with others.
